Adonaix Returns & Exchanges

Each Adonaix piece is custom made and printed specifically for your order. Because of this “made-to-order” process, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or the print is incorrect, we will replace it for free!

Attach a clear photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Please refer to the size chart in our highlights before ordering.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we offer a very limited window for cancellations.

2-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel your order for a full refund within two (2) hour of purchase.
After 2 Hour: Once an order moves into production, we can no longer cancel it or issue a refund, as the item is already being manufactured specifically for you.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at adonaix.support@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

Privacy Policy

At Adonaix, we value your privacy. This section explains how we handle your data when you shop with us.

1. Data Collection & Use When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. This information is used strictly to fulfill your order, process payments, and provide shipping updates.
2. Third-Party Fulfillment Adonaix is a Print-on-Demand store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your shipping details (Name and Address) will be shared with our manufacturing partner, for the sole purpose of printing and shipping your custom items.
3. Payment Security All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Adonaix does not see or store your credit card information. Your financial data is encrypted and handled entirely by the payment processor.
4. Cookies We use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart while you browse our funnels and to ensure a smooth checkout experience via WooCommerce and CartFlows.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Adonaix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Product Representation

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the digital printing process, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match the color on your screen. Furthermore, customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts provided. Adonaix will not issue refunds for sizing errors made by the buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

Please note that according to Belgian and EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold on Adonaix, as all items are custom-printed to the consumer’s specifications and are clearly personalized. Our 2-hour cancellation window is a voluntary service provided by Adonaix.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
